Hi I’m Lisa and I live here in Broadstairs Kent with my partner of 25year’s, Adrian. We have a cockapoo, Nelly and xero the cat. We have 4 grown up children, 3 sons and a daughter and a new addition our first grandchild Oscar.

Originally from North London we moved to be by the sea 23 years ago and have never regretted it.

Homemade Handmade was started during lockdown. Unable to see our family and friends I decided to make everyone a faux Xmas wreath. My daughter, Molly suggested I send one to an influencer on insta. Something I knew nothing about so I started looking and found this beautiful account, Annas @hollyoakhouse. Naively I messaged and Anna and asked if she would like a wreath, she said yes. Anna posted it on her account and over the next 6 weeks I sold 500 wreaths!

The rest is history as they say, here I am now wreathing full time from my workroom in our beautiful garden. I never imagined this would be my forever job and I love it. From designing to making each and every faux wreath, garland and bouquet with my friend Pip xx
